that you’re and ideal tenant.
Search Within Your Means:
- Income requirement is 2 1/2 times the rental amount.
Be Professional & Polite:
- Your interview begins with your phone call(s), coming in from the parking lot, and interaction with office staff during the application process.
- Your residential history (where you have lived for the last 5 years).
- Your employment history (must include 1 month of pay stubs).
- Vehicle information (will there be enough parking at the location you are interested in).
- You must have at least two complete references with address and phone numbers.
Please be honest and forthright with your information we are requesting and with your answers to our questions.
